Organization

Our client manufactures industrial computing solutions that give ‘intelligence’ to various markets as Transportation, Retail, Manufacturing, Safety and Security.

Function

You know what happens around you, you know the demands and the challenges of the market and the product adjustments that are necessary to respond to stay ahead. You can guide the internal organization and announce the new product developments into the world, while working close with sales, distribution partners and key accounts in Europe.

Based on your market insights you co-work on the development of new product solutions. You are one of the key persons to support the marketing team to give the right input for promotion activities and product campaigns. Beside that you play an important role in the project management team and act as first contact for distribution partners for product information.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience in Product Management or Project Management within the Industrial Automation, PC or Embedded Computing market, with experience in one of the aforementioned product groups. You are customer focused and an excellent presenter, with the ability to deliver your product information in a clear and motivating way internally and externally.

You bring with an entrepreneurial attitude and you know how to speak to the market to make them curious about our customer’s products.

Beside that you have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor or Master in International Business or electronics- or computer engineering
  • Experience with computing technology, x86 and ARM technologies OR HMI/Panel displays
  • Familiar with the product life cycle
  • Fluent in English (verbal and in writing)
  • 30-50% of your time you travel along with sales, to visit customers, distribution partners and trade shows
